Reporting site down again!

At the same time as last week the same corrupt data (SFTIR) brought to us by CEREX brings down the fenceline!

Website down since early Saturday

It turns out the problem is due to corrupted data files the website is receiving from the refinery. Cerex and Lisa were notified PM yestrday.

Webpage reporting down- UPDATED

There is a problem with corrupt data files coming from the refinery. This is causing the data parsing software at our site to fail, thus preventing any new data to be posted. Cerex has been notified.

Refinery Server is OFF LINE

There is no data coming from the refinery. The computer in block 100 is not responding.

South IR not reporting

Seemed to stop yesterday when the North IR started reporting after it’s failure.

Major Outage – Only South UV reporting

In spite of the time and data being posted, only the south uv and met data are updating. We are not getting current data from the refinery from IR and North UV instruments.

Information on ConocoPhillips 5/1 Incident on County Website

During the incident yesterday, information about the release was available on the Contra Costa Health Services website www.cchealth.org. We will continue to have information as it becomes available put on the website and will be at www.cchealth.org/groups/hazmat Including the 72-hour, 30-day, and the root cause analysis reports.

Shelter in Place at 10:05 today

Sirens started in Crockett at about 10:05am today. We see a plume of smoke coming over Crockett from the direction of the refinery. No news on TV yet at 10:17. Readings on the fenceline are not showing anything abnormal.
