Seemed to stop yesterday when the North IR started reporting after it’s failure.
In spite of the time and data being posted, only the south uv and met data are updating. We are not getting current data from the refinery from IR and North UV instruments.
During the incident yesterday, information about the release was available on the Contra Costa Health Services website www.cchealth.org. We will continue to have information as it becomes available put on the website and will be at www.cchealth.org/groups/hazmat Including the 72-hour, 30-day, and the root cause analysis reports.
Sirens started in Crockett at about 10:05am today. We see a plume of smoke coming over Crockett from the direction of the refinery. No news on TV yet at 10:17. Readings on the fenceline are not showing anything abnormal.
