UV instruments die at 95 degrees?
Three days running these instruments crashed at about 95 degrees. They are down again.
Cerex: What temps are their rated working range? These specs are seemingly absent on your web site.

UV gone again at about same time as yesterday. Must be heat related.

UV line is out as of 4:45pm.
Before failure it was posting highest levels of toluene, ozone and CO
in our tiny history.

After adding date and time rows for each instrument on the fenceline reporting page, it is clear that the problem with sporadic FTIR reporting persists. The Cerex site does not show this problem, so it is clearly a software problem with the delivery of the data to us. WHEN WILL IT BE ADDRRESSED? A 24 hr data plot SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE THIS.

I’ve added the reported date and times to the fenceline data display, but my interrogation of the database shows that only the timefield is changing and the data ARE NOT on the UV instruments. This is completely erroneous. We are getting extremely strong Sulphur odors in Crockett, and ONLY THE SOUTH FTIR is actually on line. Here is a 24+ hour graph of the north UV.
Attention CEREX: Please investigate, repair, and report.
Sorry folks, but the new host is blowing it. It was down this afternoon if you tried to connect. If the problems persist I’ll move it again. I’ve got 90 days to get my money back. Please email et@et-arts.com in the future if you can’t connect to the reporting page or this blog.
The MET data continues to be absent.
The data we are getting from the refinery remains extremely sporadic, especially from the N and S FTIRs.
NOTE: If there is service being performed, it should be noted on this blog! Also any resolutions or comments should be posted here.

Hi All,
After fighting for days and weeks with the old host Powweb, I’ve moved the site to a new host and it is working again. The only change you will notice is that the “blog” (like this post) is now at www.fenceline.net/blog instead of blog.fenceline.net. The fenceline reporting page remains at fenceline.net/fence.php.
Please add comments to this post with problems and I’ll address them.
Thanks,
et
Due to a change of ownership of our hosting service, changes are breaking our site. I’m working to resolve these issues.
In the meantime, data can be found on the cerex site.
