All reporting has ceased since yesterday afternoon. It appears that the server in unit 100 at the refinery is down. Why did I have to notice this? Doesn’t Cerex get notified when things are not working?? CEREX PLEASE RESPOND.

In spite of the supposed “Data Time” being accurate, the database has been getting NO NEW MET DATA for FOUR DAYS.

We haven’t had an update to the database since
2006-09-05 21:40:15 Pacific Standard Time. That’s almost 1.5 DAYS.
If there is a problem connecting to our database, we should be informed immediately so that we can contact the server geeks.
